As a gay man, it is an honor and a privilege to be a Vice Chair of the RiSE LGBTQ+ Affinity Network. I have had the great opportunity to work people across the globe to make structural change at RES. At the end of the day, the most rewarding thing is when colleagues share that RES is the first company they are comfortable being ‘out’ in the workplace. I really feel that RES is walking the walk on LGBTQ+ Diversity and Inclusion.
